The project envisages the construction of an accommodation and service complex divided into five distinct volumes, which will include
- A hotel, which is spread over several floors and has a ‘C’-shaped structure. It includes a basement with services, changing rooms, a restaurant and a wellness centre. The layout and size of the rooms make it a versatile environment suitable for different types of events or activities.
- A restaurant, located north of the Multipurpose Centre, has a shape composed of the union of two rectangles of different sizes. It has two floors, with the ground floor occupying the entire surface area of the building, including the kitchen, services and two restaurant rooms, one larger and one smaller. The larger room contains a circular staircase leading to a second room on the upper floor, which is located only in the central part of the building, making the restaurant spacious and well organised. In addition, the restaurant houses a cooking school and a display area for agricultural products from Lazio.
- A Hotel Structure. Located in the north-eastern corner of the area, it is a linear building oriented in a north-south direction. It has three floors and offers vertical connections via lifts and central and side staircases. On the ground floor there is a breakfast room, a kitchen, a multipurpose room and a storage room. On the upper floors, 58 rooms are distributed along a central corridor parallel to the long side of the building, ensuring efficient organisation of space and easy access to all areas. The facility is ideal for university students.
- A Sports Centre, located in the easternmost area of the site, with a football pitch, tennis and padel courts, a five-a-side football pitch with stands and a regulation-sized swimming pool.
In addition to the accommodation and sports facilities, a sewage treatment plant is to be built to the east of the sports centre, equipped with a system of underground tanks with a depth of 3.20 metres.
